Augustana University student Vedant Thakkar ‘24, 瓦尔道拉的, 印度, is majoring in 生物学 — with concentrations in cell & molecular 生物学 — as well as minoring in chemistry. This summer, Thakkar is interning with 阿韦拉健康 at Avera McKennan Hospital & University 健康 Center in Sioux Falls.
Augustana University will offer brewing & fermentation as a minor beginning in the fall of 2022 — adding to the list of interdisciplinary academic programs being developed as part of Augustana’s strategic plan 维京人大胆: The Journey to 2030.
