住房 Agreement

The housing agreement is binding for the entire academic year, including fall semester, January Interim (J-Term) and spring semester.

A completed housing contract is a prerequisite to live in campus housing.    

A housing deposit is required to reserve housing. 在每学年开始时，存款余额必须保持在100美元的水平. 财产保证金用于支付与财产损坏有关的费用和其他与住房有关的费用.

在学位授予计划中注册全日制(12学分或以上)的学生优先获得住房. Part-time students are welcome to live on-campus as space is available. A student must register for at least one class to be guaranteed a room in campus housing.

The university may exercise reasonable authority, in its sole and absolute discretion, 拒绝或驱逐任何被认为对安全构成威胁的人, health or welfare of oneself, other persons or property.
